Review of DirecTV Provider
We love DirecTV better than our local cable provider for our TV service. They don’t remove channels without letting their customers know why, if they do have to remove a channel it is very rare and they always give an honest explanation as to why they have to.
DirecTV has a lot more channels than cable. Even with digital cable you still don’t get as many channels as you do with DirecTV. I would highly recommend DirecTV to anyone who needs to find a cheaper TV service.
They even have the most HD channels than any other TV provider so far. They are always adding more HD channels as well. I don’t think we will ever have to change TV service providers for a long time and we have had DirecTV for eight years now.
Their customer service is excellent, too. If you have a problem and you talk to a customer service technician, they can walk you through the steps to get your service working right again. It doesn’t take long for them to fix a problem you might have.
If they can’t help you over the phone and they have to send someone out to fix the problem for you, they will always make sure you are going to be home first. They try not to show up when someone is not home. They will call before they arrive to your door to make sure you are there.
We have only had to have a technician come to our home twice in the eight years since we have had DirecTV. Once to have our service hooked up and another time because one of our recievers became obsolete and it had to be replaced. So a technician came out to replace the reciever for us.
