Review of Comcast Cable TV
Comcast Cable TV for us was the worst TV provider we have used. We will never go back to Comcast for our TV service. They were too expensive for us.
We had them for two years before we got tired of them raising their prices so much. When we called to cancel our Comcast service they offered to lower the price for us, but it would have only been for six months. Which then the price would have gone up.
We of course told them that it would not have worked for us, we would have needed the price reduced permanently, and they then said we could change our service to a lower and cheaper package. But that would have been defeating the purpose of us wanting a cheaper service with the same amount of channels or more. So we said no.
Comcast’s customer service isn’t very good either. It takes forever to talk to someone on the phone.
It can take up to an hour to get a customer service representative, sometimes longer.
We sometimes experienced audio problems along with some channels not being available when at one time those channels were available. Thank goodness we cancelled before they went digital.
We have family members who Comcast after the company switched to digital and they say Comcast's service has gotten worse. We now have satellite TV.
